The Amedisys Academy LearnCenter is a web-based platform that was designed for our employees' training and learning management needs. It conveniently links employees to available training and resources and integrates the latest technology and current learning trends. It is designed to enhance employee performance and motivation, and renew a commitment to life-long learning. The LearnCenter aligns with business initiatives and maintains the company's competitive edge as the home health care provider of choice by:

Development plans are created based on each employee's job within the organization. Extensive disease management and work-related resources and job aids are available with a click of the mouse, anytime, anywhere.
